UD Handshake
Handshake is the OPCD’s online database exclusive to UD students and alumni that provides direct access to full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Over 250,000 employers post jobs to Handshake, including all of the Fortune 500 companies.
Students and graduates who matriculated or graduated anytime after 2018 already have a Handshake account and can typically log in using their UD network credentials. Alumni who graduated prior to 2018 will be prompted to register an account.

AmeriCorps is an opportunity for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to give their time and talent to strengthen communities. Serve anywhere from just a summer to a whole year.
Peace Corps volunteers have the opportunity to serve abroad in the following areas: Agriculture, Community Economic Development, Education, Environment, Health, or Youth in Development. Volunteers serve for two years. Specialized, short-term assignments are also available ranging from 3-12 months of service.
Seton Teaching Fellows is a one or two-year postgraduate mission opportunity that brings the living Gospel and the beauty of the Catholic faith to children and families in underserved communities.

To schedule an appointment:
- Go to UD Handshake and log in using your UD credentials.*
- Once you are logged in, click Career Center at the top right of the page, then Appointments, and Schedule a New Appointment.
*Typically your username is your udallas email without the @udallas (example: goneill) and your password is your student ID number. Please email career@5675n.com if you have issues logging in.
